Dr. John Fox grew up in Memphis, Tennessee. He graduated from Christian Brothers University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He received his M.D. from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine in 1996. He then completed his pediatric residency in 1999 at LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center in Memphis. Dr. Fox is board certified in General Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Kathy Philyaw was born and raised in Shelbyville, Tennessee. She graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts in German. She received her M.D. from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine in 1995. She then completed her pediatric residency in 1998 at LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center in Memphis. Dr. Philyaw is board certified in General Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
